Jakes Burgers and Beer in Mansfield

Burgers and fries are great and the ice cold beer in a frozen schooner is amazing. Happy hour prices for beer is super affordable too. Small place so it can get super busy and backed up on a Friday or Saturday night, but other than that, it’s a great neighborhood staple.

Food is Amazing! Service is Amazing! A little pricey, but not obnoxious. Totally worth it! Will go back many times. I recommend to everyone!

Only complaint was the hostesses obvious dislike of our mask themes and that they checked our temperature but not the people before or after us. Guess it's a political thing but that's ok food and service were great.

Lots of food and drink options. Food came out quick and it was delicious. Perfect place to meet up with friends and have a good time. Staff was lovely and always giving recommendations if you need them. Will come back a lot more for sure!

Service was incredibly slow.. the tables and floors were extremely dirty. We received our chips and queso before our drinks arrived. Chips were stale and we even had them bring us another order of chips and those weren't much better. Table next to us and on the other side of them sent theirs back as well. We didn't even get silverware brought to us until after our lunch arrived. No ketchup was brought out. Asked my server 3 separate times for a dipping side before it was brought out. Refills weren't kept up with... overall extremely poor customer service. The plus side was the burgers were tasty. Unfortunately, my family will not be coming back to this location.

Best Jake's I've been too everything was clean and spacious had the grilled chicken salad hands down best salad I've ever had!

Been there 3 times and poor service each time. The food is awesome, but the wait staff are inattentive. Not sure I'll try it again even though the food is delicious.

WOW!! The food was great, the options were great, the service was great, and lightning fast! We had three different burgers at our table and everyone loved what they got. They also have a great selection of drinks. You should MOST definitely try the cheese fries appetizer!

Fries are a side and don't come with the hamburgers. Lots of beer on tap. They have the regular crappy happy hour times. They do have a weekday special drink that serves two for $20. There is a weekend brunch menu. I was going to give them three Stars due to the fries but the hamburgers where very delicious. Don't even need the small over priced fries anyway, burger was double Patty and very filling. If your going to spend 8-10 on a burger this place beets whatabuger hands down.

Jakes is a burger chain that I just learned of in Texas. Casual dining. Their burgers are one of the best burgers I've ever eaten!! Hands down amazing!! Nice service. They do breakfast on the weekends but we didn't get the chance to try it.

Going overboard with the fever checks and menu on phone and mask is ridiculous, I go out to eat to eat. If I wanted sterilized I would stay at home. Otherwise food was good. I won't go back till you get back to somewhat normal.

The little wife was out of town so I was in need of a genuine all American cheeseburger. Did a web search and came up with Jake's in Mansfield. I live in Arlington but thought it was worth the short drive. Waited on by the lovely Cami, the burger and fries were just as advertised. I had the #3 cheeseburger and regular 🍟. I will be back with the little woman. Wonderful place.

Sooo good! I’m a dieter so of course I have them make my burger a salad. Mmm in particular, I really enjoy the Breakfast Burger... it’s humongous! It’s a $10 burger and has more meat than I deserve...There are lots of other options that are sure to suit your fancy. I’m a little stingy, when it comes to food, so I like to get a lot of bang for my buck and feel Jake’s meets that need. I’ve never been inside, as we’ve been exclusively ordering for deliver. So I really look forward to it!I highly recommend Jake’s to anyone who appreciates lots of options and doesn’t mind a gourmet price.

Just picked up a to go order for Jake's ham and grilled cheese sandwich order and I was disappointed. .The veggies were wilted...It ruined the taste of the meal...

First time to try jakes. Very friendly helpful staff. Nice selection of burgers. Lots of great choices, hard to pick what i wanted. Burger arrived fast and was amazing. Staff was attentive. Came at night hard to read menu lights were so low. But dont let that deter you.

I'm new to the area, my sister in law and brother recommended this place for a amazing burger. They were right I tried the works burger with sweet potato fries and both were amazing. Burger had 2 patties and it was huge and seasoned well.

The food and drinks were fantastic!!! I ordered the burger of the month and was soooo good!!! Jake's is known mostly for their burgers but the appetizer wings were some of the best I've ever had!! The service at this place was also phenomenal shoutout to Cami from the bar who made sure our glasses were never empty and made sure our experience was a great one!! Definitely recommend this place!!

Good food, cold beer. Bartenders are always great. $$ for burger stop, but quality of food is good. Beers little pricey for non-happy hour. Good, local and easy.

First time there, we got flaming dawg(excellent), and we got a hot dawg. One of our orders got messed up. Buns were different, which I liked. Made the hot Dawgs stand out. Big menu selection, will be back to try out the rest

Food is great, service not so much... in the 3x I have been here only once can I say service was great and that was the first time I have ever been here. 2nd time we were sat outside. After 15 min of no one coming to get even our drink order we asked to move inside. (We were the only people outside too). 3rd time our drinks (water) came after our appetizer, our order was messed up, and we were charged for multiple items we did not order. As great as the food is I don't think I'll be back due to service.

My wife and I eat there often. The burgers are always good and their brunch is really good. The atmosphere is up beat and fun. Our favorite bar tender, Taylor, always takes great care of us! Stop in, you won’t be disappointed!

The food was amazing and so delicious but the service was amazing! Our server, Ben, was so attentive and made sure we had the best customer experience. Our food took a little longer to come out than other customers, (definitely not long at all in my opinion) however Ben quickly noticed and immediately apologized and checked on our food. If you go here, I would definitely recommend asking for Ben to be your server! He’s so attentive without being overbearing and overall a pleasure to have as a server! Way to go Ben! I’m definitely going back because of you! Thank you!!

For a burger place...... Not that great. Whataburger has better burgers than Jake's!

The Pattie melt burger was an excellent choice. The server offered n suggestion about the Texas toast which made the melt even more yummy. It was spicy as well.as tasteful. No complaints.. Onion rings are not worth the try but the fries are good enough. Try the jalapeno poppers...loved them.

Review #628This seems to be a very trendy place. I got the works burger with the hatch green chiles and it was extremely good and what I really liked about it was it had a poppy seed bun and well. Didn't care for the onion rings they are beer-battered and the kind you can buy frozen in the store. I think for their prices they can hand make their own onion rings. Lots of TVs with lots of noise maybe that's due to my age but I had a very hard time listening to my friends sitting across from me in a booth. Our server was Austin and he was awesome. I would go back here for food, just don't care for all the noise. Hope you enjoy the pictures. Also was unable to use the restroom to someone had rudely urinated all over the place. They do have handicap parking. The parking can be a bit tricky at this place especially during high-traffic hours.

We brought our large German Shepherd to dine with us here at Jake’s on the outdoor patio and they welcomed us here without any problems. We were provided the most excellent service by Xavier, who was quite attentive and pleasant. The food was excellent as well. This was our first time dining here and I’m sure we will be back. Thanks, Xavier!

Nice area. Prices are kind of high and chicken sandwiches have more breading than meat. Other than that it's not bad.

The food was good. Visually the burgers my wife and I had looked out of this world but we both thought they tasted average. Good beer selection and a really nice patio setting! Would go back if in the area.

Went here on august 2, 2020. Was seated by the host and sat at a table. Watched the waiters help everyone but Ben not one person stopped at my table with a menus. I was their for a while. I would say they have amateur managers and waiters to let a customer stay their and not ask anything. I came to buyable eat food not waste my time watching a waiter chit chat. The food might be good I don’t know but I would not go their if it looks busy.

First time at Jakes, I was excited to try something new. Service was good, however, found a bug in my drink and the booth I sat in had a puddle of water that soaked through my boots. My burger and bacon was not fully cooked through, but I was not really asked if I wanted it well or medium like other places. I am not sure if finding the bug in my drink just turned my taste buds off, but I did not enjoy my food. I did like the waitress she was good. Maybe one day I'll give it a try again.

Good quality food. Meat tasted amazing. Quite juicy and full of flavor. I want to try every burger. My friends got the gluten free, burger in a salad, huge portions. And was completely gluten free (no adverse reactions). Would go again.

I really enjoyed Jakes Burgers due to my server Taylor Owen. She provided such good customer service! She really bonded with my family and I and got our orders 100% correct. I will be returning to this location.

It was my 1st time. My server was logan and he was awesome. The food o my God. I had the cowboy something and it was the juiciest burger ever. So good. I highly recommend you trying this place out.
